A- All sales are final. However, customer service is extremely important to us. If you should find a quality issue with your purchase please contact us through the contact page within 5 days of receiving your order. 
A- All of our jewelry is hand-made, hand-cut or hand-finished. This process and attention to detail ensure the highest quality product, but may result in very slight differences piece to piece. 
A- All stock items are shipped in 5-7 business days and Custom orders are shipped in 10-14 business days.
A-It is recommended that all apparel be washed in cold water and hung to dry. This will ensure best quality and minimal fading.
A-All of our jewelry is .925 Sterling Silver, and all yellow gold pieces have a sterling silver base and are plated 14k yellow gold using a chemical process. 

It is recommended that you keep all jewelry away from prolonged moisture or chemical exposure (chlorine, perfume, hair products, water, etc) to keep your items in great condition.
